A company is looking for an HCM Manager (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee engagement
• Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or SHRM certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering and change management
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, data analytics platforms, and project management software
• Deep knowledge of US labor relations and labor laws
• Strong consulting, analytical, and planning skills
