Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or SHRM certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering and change management
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, data analytics platforms, and project management software
- Deep knowledge of US labor relations and labor laws
- Strong consulting, analytical, and planning skills
