Key Responsibilities
- Build and institutionalize a scalable workforce planning capability
- Design planning tools and dashboards for visibility into talent allocation and projected availability
- Develop tools, templates, and governance structures to institutionalize workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in workforce planning or organizational strategy
- Advanced skills in data modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and developing enterprise tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Workday or equivalent Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is desired
