A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Global Health & Benefits to support client teams in implementing effective benefit program strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client teams to evaluate requirements and implement global benefit program strategies
- Gather and input healthcare and employee benefits data to generate client reports and presentations
- Draft client-centric communications and contribute to the preparation of monthly dashboard reports
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills to interpret employee benefits and healthcare data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare, business, finance, etc.) preferred
- Understanding of healthcare and employee benefits industry trends
