Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, source, and attract high-quality clinical candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure metrics for quality, cost of hire, and time to fill are met
- Provide a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and business partners throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience sourcing and creating a pipeline of qualified candidates
- 5+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is desired
- 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role for filling clinical positions such as Physical Therapists or Nurses
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools in a high growth, fast-paced environment
