Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting, with 4+ years in recruiting operations
• 3+ years of experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Proven experience in change management and driving new processes
• Proficiency in recruiting technologies and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
