A company is looking for a Junior Benefits Specialist (Part Time On Call) in the National Capital Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails regarding military benefits and resources
- Provide accurate information and referrals to clients based on their inquiries
- Document client interactions in a CRM program and assist with retirement estimate calculations if applicable
Required Qualifications and Education
- U.S. citizenship
- NACI submittal with favorable adjudication
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum three years of experience administering benefits programs
- Strong understanding of Veteran Affairs benefits and compensation programs
