Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Instructional Designer (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to develop training materials that address customer needs and performance gaps
• Design and evaluate multimedia training solutions and assessments to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create quality training materials while ensuring compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional design, or a related field
• Two years of experience in instructional design techniques and methodologies
• Master's degree preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and distance learning methodologies
