Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to develop training materials that address customer needs and performance gaps
- Design and evaluate multimedia training solutions and assessments to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create quality training materials while ensuring compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional design, or a related field
- Two years of experience in instructional design techniques and methodologies
- Master's degree preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and distance learning methodologies
