Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to lead organizational challenges through people-related efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders, reporting to the Head of Global HR
• Lead and develop the AMER HRBP team while collaborating with global colleagues
• Manage HR projects from end-to-end and build HR programs to enhance employee experiences

Required Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree or international equivalent in business administration, human resource management, or similar
• 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with 5+ years partnering with Senior Leadership
• Experience leading HRBP teams for at least 3 years
• Proven success in a globally matrixed, high growth organization, preferably in tech
• Experience creating and implementing HR programs in a distributed model
