Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to lead organizational challenges through people-related efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders, reporting to the Head of Global HR
- Lead and develop the AMER HRBP team while collaborating with global colleagues
- Manage HR projects from end-to-end and build HR programs to enhance employee experiences
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree or international equivalent in business administration, human resource management, or similar
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with 5+ years partnering with Senior Leadership
- Experience leading HRBP teams for at least 3 years
- Proven success in a globally matrixed, high growth organization, preferably in tech
- Experience creating and implementing HR programs in a distributed model
