Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Search Consultant (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle executive searches for VP+ and Senior Director roles
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify high-quality executive talent
• Utilize online sourcing tools and market intelligence to build candidate pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Executive Search or Talent Acquisition
• Minimum of 4+ years in Executive Recruiting or Sourcing capacity
• Experience in both executive search firms and corporate recruiting teams is preferred
• Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Strong project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
