Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in recruitment activities and support the full lifecycle recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to identify role needs and guide them through the recruitment process
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating interviews and developing pipelines for qualified candidates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
- Full lifecycle recruitment experience with hands-on involvement in various recruitment stages
- Experience coordinating university recruitment efforts is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with different applicant tracking systems is a plus
