Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources (HRBP Team).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HR Business Partners to implement strategic HR initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to develop talent strategies and succession plans
• Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources or management or equivalent work experience required
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
• 3 years of leadership experience required
• M&A experience strongly preferred
