Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR Business Partners to implement strategic HR initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to develop talent strategies and succession plans
- Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or management or equivalent work experience required
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
- 3 years of leadership experience required
- M&A experience strongly preferred
