Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Leave of Absence Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily benefits processing including enrollments, COBRA, and claims
- Maintain employee benefits files and update payroll records
- Assist employees with benefits claim issues and perform quality checks on data
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Leave of Absence and Benefits Administration
- Knowledge of Group Employee Benefit Laws and Regulations
- Strong understanding of FMLA and disability policies
- Experience with UKGPro and Sales Force preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS
