Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor Relations People Business Partner to support positive relations between management and labor unions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor laws
  • Lead investigations and support managers in addressing grievances and escalated legal matters
  • Contribute to collective bargaining processes and monitor the implementation of labor agreements
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred but not required
  • Bilingual - Fluency in Spanish and English required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations
  • Experience working in a unionized organization with a multi-unit remote workforce
  • Strong technical writing skills and experience in grievance response
