A company is looking for a Return-to-Work Specialist to facilitate and monitor the successful return to work of claimants.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine medically supported work restrictions for assigned claims
- Facilitate return-to-work efforts through negotiation and documentation
- Contact employers to gather job site information and assist with job modifications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) designation preferred
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation preferred
- Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) designation preferred
- Experience in vocational evaluation and work adjustment training preferred
