Key Responsibilities
- Partner with and coach Care Team managers on performance management and team success
- Manage employee relations and improve People processes to support team members
- Assist in organizational design and change management strategies to enhance business efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner, preferably in health-tech
- Experience with large, non-exempt employee populations
- Proven success in coaching and supporting new managers in diverse workforces
- Strong program management skills and ability to design efficient processes
- Highly organized and self-motivated to work in a remote environment
