Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalation of benefit and leaves of absence issues
- Support the administration of benefit plans with vendors and internal partners
- Assist in audit and compliance activities across benefit and leave programs
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the administration of benefit programs
- Experience working with global benefit programs in a rapidly changing environment
- Familiarity with Workday and data analysis related to benefit administration
- Ability to effectively communicate benefits expertise with stakeholders
- Experience in presenting HR-related concepts to groups
