Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically for engineering roles
- Experience in a hyper growth SaaS company
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
- Proactive ownership and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
- Must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
