Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (senior level) to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive technical candidates and build talent pipelines
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for engineering roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth transitions from offer to onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically for engineering roles
• Experience in a hyper growth SaaS company
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
• Proactive ownership and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
• Must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
