Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Data Specialist responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS for accurate employee data management and reporting
- Perform data entry, analysis, system audits, and troubleshooting to support HR operations
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates degree in information systems, computer science, data mining, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of experience in high volume data processing, analysis, and reporting
- Preferred two years of experience in a human resources function
- Experience with Infor/Lawson or Kronos HRIS systems strongly preferred
- Advanced skills in Excel, including macros, functions, formulas, and pivot tables
