Key Responsibilities
- Strategically consult with business executives to drive productivity, growth, and engagement
- Partner with leadership to align talent plans with business strategies and assess organizational needs
- Lead and mentor a global team of PXBPs, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience with increasing scope as an HRBP or related function
- 6+ years of experience leading a team of HR professionals in a global environment
- Experience collaborating with COEs and senior business leaders to develop HR solutions
- Preferred experience providing HR partnership to global operations, including supply chain and logistics
- Demonstrated experience in implementing holistic talent plans and future-focused talent strategies
