Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
- Perform searches for qualified candidates using various recruiting resources and methods
- Screen applicants to gather information on work history, training, education, and job skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
- 2+ years of talent sourcing experience, particularly in Corporate Functions
- Experience with sourcing for technical roles such as data scientists and software engineers is preferred
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and business leaders
