- Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies
- Source, attract, and evaluate candidates through various methods
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in life sciences, with a focus on biotech or pharmaceutical industries
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in hiring for R&D teams, including scientific research roles
- Familiarity with the product development process
- Experience with Paylocity software for candidate tracking is highly preferred
