A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring teams
• Maintain candidate activity in the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment policies

Required Qualifications

• Located in or near San Antonio, Texas
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracting
• Two years of experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work both remotely and on-site
