Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for various GTM roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for up to 10 GTM roles, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, and offers
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with GTM headcount goals in collaboration with leadership
- Manage stakeholder relationships by advising on role definitions, candidate profiles, and compensation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and GTM functions
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Proven ability to build or improve GTM recruiting processes
- Operational proficiency with ATS tools, preferably Ashby
- Understanding of what attracts top GTM talent within the SaaS industry
