- Define and execute a global total rewards strategy, overseeing compensation and benefits programs
- Lead global HR operations, enhancing employee relations, data management, and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in leading Total Rewards and People Services functions in complex organizations
- Proven executive leadership experience with engagement in Remuneration Committees
- Expertise in executive compensation, equity programs, and pay governance
- Experience in driving digital transformation with HR technology and automation
- Strong capabilities in HR data and analytics to influence strategy
