A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to seek out and screen applicants for job openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Perform searches for qualified candidates using various recruiting resources
• Screen applicants and maintain employment records while informing candidates about opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in technical roles
• Experience with sourcing tools and creating sourcing strategies
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and business leaders
• Preference for experience in documenting and presenting market insights
