Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Benefits Analyst for a 6-month contract position, remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build renewal workbooks, perform spreadsheeting and data validation
  • Draft benefit communications and support compliance-related documentation in English and Spanish
  • Conduct peer reviews and quality checks for internal deliverables, and assist in benchmarking and plan design analysis
Required Qualifications
  • 3-10 years of experience in a benefits analyst or similar role within a benefits brokerage or consulting environment
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with large group plans (100-5,000 MELs) and California and New York market experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work comfortably in Google Suite
  • Experience drafting benefits-related documents in both languages
