Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding and Compliance Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an outstanding onboarding experience for new hires in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain compliance with state/federal laws and company policies throughout the onboarding process
- Monitor background checks and equipment provisioning for new hires
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3+) years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related fields
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of state employment regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field is preferred
