Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding and Compliance Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure an outstanding onboarding experience for new hires in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Maintain compliance with state/federal laws and company policies throughout the onboarding process
  • Monitor background checks and equipment provisioning for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3+) years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related fields
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of state employment regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field is preferred
