Key Responsibilities
- Provide compensation advice and support to business clients and collaborate on compensation program development
- Conduct market intelligence and data analysis to inform compensation practices
- Manage the annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning process for assigned clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience, or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in compensation consulting or providing consultative advice within an organization
