Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve escalated employee relations and payroll/tax inquiries by interpreting and applying organizational policies
- Collaborate with HR teams across departments to align processes and enhance HR Shared Services efficiency
- Maintain and update departmental databases to support inquiry resolution and improve team training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations and compliance
- Proven ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures accurately
- Experience in managing and improving HR databases and workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
