Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Compliance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain internal controls for compliance with wage and hour laws, employment eligibility, and global labor requirements
- Conduct audits of HRIS data, manage employee document strategies, and oversee unemployment claims
- Develop and maintain employee handbooks and manage compliance vendors and training mandates
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- 1+ years of experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
