Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Total Rewards to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of total rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Total Rewards team and strategy across compensation, benefits, wellness, and payroll
  • Oversee U.S. benefits programs, including annual renewals, vendor management, and compliance
  • Direct compensation strategy, pay structure design, and annual planning cycles
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, with expertise in compensation and U.S. benefits strategy
  • 7+ years of direct leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration
  • M&A integration experience related to payroll, benefits, and compensation
  • Strong working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory frameworks
