Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high impact learning programs across leadership, professional, and compliance development
- Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and align L&D initiatives with company goals
- Create tools and resources for talent initiatives and contribute to career pathing and internal mobility practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in Learning and Development, HR Leadership Roles, and Talent Management
- Experience implementing Talent initiatives and programs across various organizational levels
- Proven ability to design and monitor Talent Management & Development programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Experience working with global teams
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
