Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high impact learning programs across leadership, professional, and compliance development
  • Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and align L&D initiatives with company goals
  • Create tools and resources for talent initiatives and contribute to career pathing and internal mobility practices
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years in Learning and Development, HR Leadership Roles, and Talent Management
  • Experience implementing Talent initiatives and programs across various organizational levels
  • Proven ability to design and monitor Talent Management & Development programs aligned with organizational objectives
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
