Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall accountability for all Multilingual associate recruitment
- Motivate the team to consistently meet recruitment goals
- Collaborate with Site Director to ensure timely filling of associate hiring and business support vacancies
Required Qualifications
- Applied experience in volume and corporate recruitment
- Working knowledge in multiple Talent Acquisition and Human Capital disciplines
- Proven ability to build relationships with Director level leaders
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, ongoing projects
- Knowledge of business technologies and local employment laws
