A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter - Design & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance
- Act as a strategic talent advisor by partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Build and manage a pipeline of candidates while maintaining market intelligence in the U.S. engineering sector
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or design-related roles
- Proven ability to source and close scarce skill sets in a competitive market
- Experience with AI-driven recruitment platforms, particularly Eightfold AI, is preferred
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital tools
- Understanding of the U.S. engineering and infrastructure markets, including roles and trends
