Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support various people operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee benefit inquiries and support benefit administration
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and process employee lifecycle transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing and support leave of absence management
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations with a solid understanding of core HR functions
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and other relevant tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in a fast-paced, distributed tech startup is preferred
