Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefit inquiries and support benefit administration
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and process employee lifecycle transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and support leave of absence management
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations with a solid understanding of core HR functions
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and other relevant tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a fast-paced, distributed tech startup is preferred
