Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of performance management systems and foster a culture of feedback
- Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design and capability mapping
- Design and execute talent programs aligned with engagement, succession, and DEI initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HRBP roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience scaling talent practices in fast-paced environments, preferably in SaaS or private equity-backed firms
- Familiarity with performance frameworks and tools such as OKRs, Lattice, or CultureAmp
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and drive initiatives with urgency
- Demonstrated ability to advise executives and develop practical training programs
