Key Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various technical functions, including executive hiring
- Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
- Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience for product and engineering roles
- Experience in a fast-growth startup environment preferred
- Track record of success in high velocity, output-driven environments
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
