A company is looking for a Recruiter responsible for managing the talent acquisition process across various roles with a focus on physician recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions and define key position requirements
- Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates for multiple positions, including contract and permanent opportunities
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and document tracking in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for physician recruiting experience
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulations
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
