Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter responsible for managing the talent acquisition process across various roles with a focus on physician recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions and define key position requirements
  • Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates for multiple positions, including contract and permanent opportunities
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and document tracking in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for physician recruiting experience
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
