Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-touch support by resolving HR inquiries related to benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
  • Manage escalated and urgent requests while ensuring adherence to workflows and service level agreements
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, payroll, or shared services
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and knowledge of HR/payroll laws and practices
  • Certifications such as FPC, CPP, or PHR are a plus
