Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist for a contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch support by resolving HR inquiries related to benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
- Manage escalated and urgent requests while ensuring adherence to workflows and service level agreements
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, payroll, or shared services
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge of HR/payroll laws and practices
- Certifications such as FPC, CPP, or PHR are a plus
