Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Experience Associate to join their People Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the organization and Employer of Records (EOR) for staff-related matters outside the US
- Review and resolve staff inquiries, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and escalating issues as necessary
- Conduct audits and review monthly invoicing, ensuring accuracy before final approval
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong ethics and integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience maintaining and updating data in an HR or related system
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
