Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to maintain and support its HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure proper functionality of the HRIS, including employee updates and workflows
- Serve as a liaison between HR and IT teams to ensure HRIS solutions meet organizational needs
- Develop and monitor metrics dashboards and reports using the HRIS platform and third-party tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, information management, data analytics, or a related field
- Over 3 years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years with Ceridian Dayforce
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for report creation and data visualization
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills for effective internal customer service
