HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to maintain and support its HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure proper functionality of the HRIS, including employee updates and workflows
• Serve as a liaison between HR and IT teams to ensure HRIS solutions meet organizational needs
• Develop and monitor metrics dashboards and reports using the HRIS platform and third-party tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, information management, data analytics, or a related field
• Over 3 years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years with Ceridian Dayforce
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for report creation and data visualization
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills for effective internal customer service
