Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to support its Artificial Intelligence business vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored compensation solutions in partnership with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and recommend improvements based on business impact
- Collaborate with various functions to ensure alignment and compliance with compensation policies and practices
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience, OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of compensation program design experience
- 2+ years of project management experience (preferred)
