Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation philosophy linked to pay-for-performance
- Lead the design and implementation of job architecture and leveling frameworks for compensation initiatives
- Oversee compensation due diligence for acquisitions and manage annual compensation planning cycles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Professional certifications such as CCP, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present data-driven insights
