Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee compensation due diligence for acquisitions and manage annual compensation planning cycles
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Professional certifications such as CCP, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present data-driven insights
