Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, HR communications, or leave administration
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and design tools like Canva or Adobe
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and other benefits-related regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
