- 8+ years of experience in global talent development and HR Business Partnership in a high-growth SaaS company
- Deep understanding of US and international HR policies and labor laws, with experience leading teams in India
- Strong business acumen with experience in scaling organizations at similar growth stages
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive leadership
- Expertise in modern HR systems and data analytics for driving business decisions
