- Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, facilitating communication and addressing HR matters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Deep knowledge across all HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee relations
- Proven experience in developing processes related to employee relations and compliance
- Experience leading and managing a remote team
- Strong comfort with technology tools such as Google Workspace and project management systems
