Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of Human Resources functions, focusing on talent management, acquisition, and training
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies and employee handbook
• Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, facilitating communication and addressing HR matters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• Deep knowledge across all HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee relations
• Proven experience in developing processes related to employee relations and compliance
• Experience leading and managing a remote team
• Strong comfort with technology tools such as Google Workspace and project management systems
