Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and support the administration of engagement tools
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll support in collaboration with the PEO
- Support employee relations processes and ensure compliance with HR policies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a similar field
- Proven success in remote work with minimal oversight
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and data visualization
- Familiarity with HR compliance topics, including LOA, ADA, and FMLA
