Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the GTM hiring strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align hiring plans with business goals and revenue targets
- Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies that drive quality, diversity, and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, focusing on GTM roles
- Deep experience leading GTM recruiting strategy across multiple business functions
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and talent market dynamics
- Experience with workforce planning and talent forecasting
- Fluency in recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies
