Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GTM hiring strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align hiring plans with business goals and revenue targets
• Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies that drive quality, diversity, and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, focusing on GTM roles
• Deep experience leading GTM recruiting strategy across multiple business functions
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and talent market dynamics
• Experience with workforce planning and talent forecasting
• Fluency in recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies
