A company is looking for a Site Recruiting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support site HR staff with administrative staffing and HR tasks
- Assist in expediting staffing activities and collaborate with Corporate Staffing
- Monitor and track progress of site staffing matters
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with six years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience
- Knowledge of employment law principles as they apply to recruiting and hiring
- Experience supporting an Operations group in an HR function, including recruiting activities
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Success Factors
