Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Accommodations and Leave Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations related to employee absences
- Manage leave assignments and coordinate accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA)
- Collaborate with HR client groups and vendor partners to develop return-to-work action plans and enhance workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in leave management or HR services
- In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADAAA, and disability legislation
- Certification as a Certified Professional (CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRIS systems
